SMS Terms

Berkeley Chapel of the Flowers uses a low-volume text messaging program for direct Chapel and venue communications with Aundre Speciale in her capacity as proprietor. Messages may cover event inquiries, availability, scheduling, tours, reservations, customer care, follow-up questions, reminders, venue logistics, and coordination with organizers, vendors, community partners, and authorized team members. We may also send occasional Chapel updates requested by the recipient.

Opting in

Recipients opt in by initiating a conversation and texting START to (510) 288-2902, or by giving express verbal consent to Aundre or an authorized Chapel coordinator after the program and these terms are explained. We send messages only after the recipient confirms consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service, and we do not use purchased contact lists.

Confirmation message

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with event activity and is typically 0–20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
